Our Core Focus:


Sterling Enterprises specializes in the manufacture and supply of high-quality cable glands, cable lugs, cable terminal ends, and a robust line of insulators and distribution accessories. Our products are engineered for dependability in both normal and hazardous climatic conditions.


  1. Cable Glands: Sealing and Securing


Our cable glands are designed to provide essential environmental sealing, mechanical cable retention, and electrical continuity for various cable types.


Double Compression Weatherproof Type: These glands are used in all climatic conditions for armored cables in outdoor applications. They provide environmental seals for both the inner and outer cable sheaths.


  • Protection Rating: They feature an IP 66 Ingress Protection rating.

  • Material Options: Standard material is Brass (IS-319), with options for Aluminium, S.S. (Stainless Steel), or M.S. (Mild Steel) .

  • Double Compression Flame Proof Type (IIA/IIB & IIC): Specifically designed for use in flammable gas/vapours areas, these glands are also weather proof, water proof, and dust proof (IP-66).


Single Compression Type: These medium-duty glands are weatherproof and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They are available in various sizes and materials, including Brass (IS-319).


PG & Metric Glands: Also known as Liquid Tight Glands, these are used where protection against dust, water, strain, and vibration is required, primarily with unarmoured cables. They offer IP 68 Ingress Protection.


  1. Cable Terminal Ends (Lugs): Conductivity and Reliability


Our terminal ends are manufactured using Electrolytic Grade Copper or Electrolytic Aluminium to ensure optimal conductivity and finished with Electro Tinned plating.


Compression Cable Lugs: Available in various configurations for heavy-duty applications:


  • Standard Barrel, Heavy Duty.

  • Heavy Duty Long Barrel.

  • With Two Holes

  • Right Angle Cable Lugs


Ring Tongue Terminal Ends: Including both standard and insulated Copper Ring Tongue Terminal Ends.

Open/Close Soldering Terminal Ends.


  1. Electrical Accessories and Support


To complete your electrical installation, we offer specialized supporting products:


  • Insulators: We manufacture Conical Type Bus Bar Supports and Cylindrical Type and Step Type Bus Bar Supports.

  • Distribution Blocks: We supply 125 Amp and 250 Amp 6-way distribution blocks made of Brass.

  • Cable Gland Accessories: Our full range includes Reducers, Adaptors, Stopper Plugs, Earth Tags, and Shrouds, suitable for large-scale construction projects.

  • Copper Laminated Flexible Supports (Jumpers): Manufactured by stacking electrolytic copper foils and applying hot pressure fusion welding to achieve a near-zero milli-volt drop. These are substitutes for solid bus bars in applications requiring flexibility.
